He is a famous trombone player and educator in China; he is the director of the orchestral Department of the Central Conservatory of music, a professor, a master's supervisor, a deputy director of the Academy's academic committee, a member of the Art Education Committee of the Ministry of education, a judge of the scientific research projects of the Ministry of education and the art foundation of the Ministry of culture; he is the vice chairman of the Wind Music Association of China and the president of the tuba Association of China.

He graduated from the Central Conservatory of music and went to Germany to study in 1988-1994. After returning home, he served as a judge of China's "Golden Bell Award" and various competitions at home and abroad. He was invited to hold master classes and solo concerts at the invitation of conservatories and orchestras at home and abroad. He was employed as an honorary and guest professor of more than ten domestic Conservatory of music. As an educator, his teaching goal is to cultivate "high-end" trombone players Over the years, many talented young trombone players have been trained. They are all active in the teaching and performance of music colleges and first-class orchestras as the backbone teachers and chief trombone of major symphony orchestras. In 2003, they proposed to hold the "Central Conservatory of Music Chamber Music Solo ensemble competition", which has been successfully held for 14 times, and has become the only highest level of tubal professional ratio in China In 2006, China Trombone and tuba association were founded with domestic trombone colleagues, and five art festivals were held, creating the first trombone Art Festival in Chinese music history.

Editing and publishing textbooks such as "trombone world famous music, youth wind guide, trombone daily practice" and solo ensemble CDs and DVDs; conducting wind music lectures at the invitation of CCTV, BTV and other media as well as the National Grand Theater, concert halls and national instrument exhibitions. He is now a musical instrument artist from Germany KH, France Guto and China Jinbao.
